Terms of Service
Last updated / effective:
These terms govern your use of the ARX website, dashboard and Discord bot services. ARX is operated by an individual service provider under the ARX brand.
1. Service and authority
ARX is an online software service providing moderation, punishment appeals, levels and invitation XP, music, tickets, notifications and server management tools through enabled modules. Availability depends on your plan, server settings, Discord permissions and the product description shown when purchasing.
You must meet Discord’s minimum age in your country and have legal capacity to purchase or the required parent/legal representative’s approval. You must be authorised to manage the servers and bots you connect. You are responsible for account security, staff roles and bot permissions.
2. Plans and the meaning of Lifetime
Free provides free access. Premium and Premium+ are paid plans renewing monthly or annually as shown at checkout. Lifetime provides the same features and entitlements as Premium+ for a one-time payment. It does not renew automatically or promise separate Lifetime-only features.
Lifetime means the operating lifetime of the ARX service, not your personal lifetime or continued operation after the service closes. This definition does not permit arbitrary removal of the core service purchased or removal of mandatory customer rights.
Purchases apply to the Discord server selected at checkout. Premium includes capacity for 5 customer bots; Premium+ and Lifetime include 10. Free includes no customer bot slots. The final charge, currency, taxes, billing interval and scope are displayed before payment confirmation. Unannounced future features are not part of a purchase.
3. Additional bot packs
When offered for sale, bot packs add capacity to connect 1, 5 or 10 additional bots to the selected server. Packs are purchased once and last while ARX operates. Separately purchased capacity remains after a paid subscription ends. Free users may also buy packs; these do not unlock Premium features. This is not a sale of Discord accounts or ready-made bot accounts: you create your own Discord application and connect your own bot token.
You may customise your own bot profile using available tools within Discord’s rules. This does not include the ARX system bot’s profile. Keep tokens confidential, rotate them through Discord when necessary and use only names/images you have the right to use. If a plan change reduces total capacity, excess bots may be paused; you can manage active bots through the dashboard.
4. Payments, renewals and cancellation
Payments are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout and on your receipt. Depending on the transaction, that provider may act as a payment processor or as an authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. The identity and applicable buyer terms, refund policy and privacy notice of the provider are presented during checkout or in your receipt. ARX remains responsible for supplying its software service.
Premium/Premium+ renew at the selected interval until cancelled. Use the subscription management option in the ARX dashboard where available, the management link in your purchase receipt, or the support channel of the provider handling your transaction. You may also contact [email protected] for help finding the correct channel. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and stops the next renewal. Removing the bot, signing out or deleting ARX data does not itself cancel a subscription.
Lifetime and one-time bot packs have no recurring charge. Changes to future renewal prices will be notified before taking effect; you may cancel before renewal if you do not accept them. Cancellation and refunds are separate; see our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use and content
Follow applicable law, Discord’s Terms of Service and developer rules. Spam, unsolicited mass messaging, harassment, fraud, account/token theft, unauthorised access, malware and attempts to bypass capacity limits or disrupt the service are prohibited.
Content rights remain with you or their owner. You grant ARX only the limited permission needed to store, display and process content to provide the service under your instructions. Server administrators must inform members about enabled processing and obtain the necessary permissions/legal basis. Automated moderation can be incorrect; staff should review consequential decisions.
6. External services and AI
ARX is not owned or endorsed by Discord. Outages, restrictions or API changes at Discord, music sources and connected services can affect functionality. You must have the necessary rights to use content.
Where an AI integration is available and enabled, you use your own API key (BYOK). Provider usage is not included in the ARX plan; you pay your provider. Necessary prompts/channel context may be sent to your selected provider. Check key limits, provider terms and data settings. AI output is not guaranteed accurate; do not submit sensitive information.
7. Availability and closure
We aim to keep ARX operating. Unless a separate written service level commitment applies, uninterrupted availability or a particular response time is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security or technical issues may require temporary restrictions. We will provide reasonable information about material changes.
If the service permanently closes, we will give advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to retrieve available data where practicable. Remedies/refunds required by applicable law and the terms applicable to the transaction for unused paid periods, Lifetime and add-ons remain available. Lifetime does not waive those rights.
8. Suspension and responsibility
Security risks, serious breaches, unlawful use, unpaid charges or payment disputes may result in restrictions to the relevant access during review. Except in urgent situations, we will provide reasons and an opportunity to remedy where practicable; contact support if you believe an action is incorrect. Mandatory refund and dispute rights remain intact.
To the extent permitted by law, ARX is not responsible for indirect losses that could not reasonably be foreseen. These terms do not exclude intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be limited, or reduce rights relating to defective services. Keep independent copies of important settings/content.
9. Privacy, changes and contact
Data use is explained in our Privacy Policy. Material changes to these terms will be appropriately notified before taking effect and will not retrospectively remove existing purchase rights. Mandatory local consumer protections and access to competent authorities remain intact; these terms do not impose exclusive foreign court jurisdiction.
Technical support, product complaints, privacy requests and help with payment/subscription questions: [email protected]. For transaction-specific payment assistance, you may also use the provider contact or management link in your purchase receipt.
The payment provider and its applicable buyer terms, refund policy and privacy notice are identified at checkout or in your purchase receipt.
